Rwanda Rugali

This honey-processed Red Bourbon comes from the Rugali washing station, operated by Muraho Trading Co. in the Nyamasheke district, Rwanda. Built in 2016, Rugali was one of the first stations in the country legally authorized to produce and export honey-processed and natural coffees – helping to pave the way for more innovation in processing in Rwanda.

Muraho works closely with smallholder farmers in the region, providing training, infrastructure, and access to international markets. Rugali now produces around 54,000 kg of green coffee per year and has built a strong reputation for consistent quality and expertly executed processing.
